Universal Molecular Tapping Compound is a heavy duty tapping material, which excels in all areas of tapping.
It is extremely effective on steel, copper, stainless, aluminium, heat treated, and most significantly the exotic metals (i.e. titanium). At the start of the tapping operation, apply this paste with a small brush on the tip of the male: thanks to its adhesion properties, friction will be greatly reduced and the tapping will be softer, easier, with better finishes and, what’s more, while considerably extending the lifetime of males.
Universal Molecular Tapping Compound has been proven in field tests for drilling, milling, turning, boring, planing and blanking.
Universal Molecular Tapping Compound contains a high percentage of chlorinated wax, which makes it stay longfer on the surface thus saving money. This means the product remains on the more difficult surfaces for longer time. A further saving reason is due to the fact that this product will not dissipate following evaporation. This Tapping Compound is completely safe to use, being that it is non-toxic or injurious to one’s health.
It is available in jars of 600 grams or 1 gallon bottles (1 GaL = 3.785 Lt)
