Description
Renite Slide D-20, 2-part kit, is an acrylic sealer and graphite formulation in water designed to give a dry lubricating coating for delivery equipment – scoops, troughs, and deflectors on I.S. machines. Slide D-20 should prove to be significantly easy to handle and use. This Slide D-20 is 2-part, so as to extend the shelf-life, but being water-based, with carefully selected ingredients, Slide D-20 is not flammable and has few health issues should skin contact occur. Renite Slide D-20, after thorough mixing of the two parts is applied smoothly with a brush, hardening at room temperature without oven curing, although curing may improve the coating performance, and making a durable surface that will hold up in the long term.
