Technical features
G-20 Atomizer has two inlets (see photo above), one for the lubricant (detacher) and the other for air only.
This means that the lubricant can be supplied either by gravity even with no head or by less than 5 p.s.i. pressure using the TANK&PUMP SYSTEM MODEL # 40 in order to saturate the atomizer without lubricant comes out from the nozzles. Thus the lubricant must reach the atomizer directly from the container, arranged, for example, 7 feet tall, or directly from the TANK&PUMP SYSTEM MODEL # 40.
Finally the atomization will occur only when it opens the source of compressed air from 25 to 100 p.s.i.
This lightweight, positive atomizer (weighing 5 ounces) is made of anodized aluminum. It will spray in any position either steadily or on and off innumerable times per minute.
Needle valves allow to regulate the quantity of release agent.
Spray patterns can be varied from narrow to wide cones by interchanging an assortment of different nozzles (6-10, 6-20 and 6-30):
The nozzles 6-10, 6-20 and 6-30 spray liquids through 6 fluid orifices.
The 6-10 nozzle gives the narrowest conical spray pattern preferred for narrow dies.
The 6-30 nozzle, instead, provides the widest conical spray pattern, preferred for large dies.
