Description
LB 8100 NT is a coating for lehr mats useful to eliminate bottom checks and rust pick-up as the ware travels through the annealing oven. LB 8100 NT may be applied to lear mat by spraying equipment, also by automatic or manual equipment. LB 8100 NT is a versatile product, supplied as a concentrate, capable of being adjusted to fit a variety of different applications by varying the dilution ratio. The dilution ratio for heavier jobs is between 10 – 30 % (best with demineralized water).
