WATER BASED RELEASE AGENT FOR STEEL FORGING
The product is a water-based release agent for hot forging steel. Developed with new high-tech synthetic raw materials, it allows great performance without fumes or dry or annoying residues. It does not contain any pigment, graphite and mineral oil.
• Ecological and biodegradable lubricants for blanking and drawing of iron, aluminum, copper, brass sheet.
• Multifunctional fire-resistant synthetic fluids for the lubrication of cold forging machines of screws, nuts and bolts and in combination as molding oils of medium / high alloy steels, even in heavy-duty applications, compatible with both mineral-based lubricants and most common elastomers.
