LB 493 PU is a product for moulds cleaning in the field of plastics materials production, particularly for polyurethane. It can also remove the residues of release agent.
This product is ideal for all remaining polymer resins, paints or scales which can not be dissolved directly but require a previous softening and disintegration to their removal. LB 493 PUperforms optimally in its function on metal moulds (aluminum or steel), with no minus. Before using it on resin moulds, please test it on the mould to check its reaction and use it only for the required time for cleaning, avoiding prolonged contact with the mould.
