Technical features
Renite S-26 is a water-based concentrate containing sinthetic graphite, used in forging of ferrous metals, including stainless steel. Renite S-26 is sprayed to dies at temperature in the range between 150°C and 427°C; the water vehicle evaporates, leaving a solid film lubricant coating well suited to high temperature and high pressure applications. Renite S-26 is supplied as a concentrate; after dilution, done with clean tap water, the mixture should be provided with a little agitation to maintain the graphite suspension.
