LB 677 AS is an aluminium pigments release paste containig a small percentage of semi-colloidal graphite. This product allows to minimize residues on moulds. Its balanced composition results in a highly versatile product. Its performance and application can include several uses in mould lubrication. It is designed to be used in starting up of production with new, clean and particularly cold moulds. It assures an excellent mould lubrication and high metal flow from the first injection. During production, LB 677 AS prevents soldering on excessively hot and mould critical points. Therefore it can avoid the use of antisoldering pastes.
